Businessman Samir Modi, jo ki IPL ke former chairman Lalit Modi ke bhai hain, ko Thursday ko Delhi Airport par arrest kiya gaya. Unke khilaaf Delhi Police ne Look-Out Circular (LOC) jaari kiya tha.
